Dear Bel Aire Families,
This year, Bel Aire School has the privilege of hosting a Special Day Class on campus operated by the Marin County Office of Education. These classes are for students who need separate instruction in a smaller class for most of the day. The MCOE operates these classes on 20 local school and community college campuses. There are five students in the class here, and the teacher is Mr. Casey Denton. As an inclusive school community, we welcome the MCOE SDC students and staff and look forward to having them join our school activities as the year progresses.
...
The 4th grade classes will be taking a Space and Science field trip tomorrow. The 5th grade teachers are busy planning the Walker Creek Outdoor Ed trip next month. Later in the year, 3rd grade classes will be taking several walking field trips and maybe even a special trip up to Lake Lagunitas for a fish release event.
Sincerely,
Principal John DiCosmo

Student Safety Announcement
|
Parents, please help us keep all Bel Aire students safe by not picking up or dropping off on the Corte Palos Verdes cul de sac. There was a close call with a driver and cyclist recently. Let's work together to keep students safe!
|
Welcome Mr. Bob Reeves, Bel Aire Campus Supervisor
|
Mr. Reeves will be helping with our Junior Coach student leadership program, as well as supervising recess and making sure our campus is safe. Mr. Reeves has worked coaching youth basketball, and we are glad he is on the Bel Aire team. Feel free to say hi and introduce yourself the next time you see him on campus!
