Congratulations on a successful beginning of the year!
- New School Board Member - In December, we will gladly welcome Liz Webb back to the Board, and Sandeep Sahai as a new Board member. With two open spots and two candidates, it worked out beautifully!
- Initial Look at Our State Test Results - As we are analyzing our state results, there are many data points that we should celebrate. One is that 89% of 8th grade students met or exceeded the standard in English and 83% of 8th grade students met or exceeded the standard in math! That is an exceptional collective effort. Way to go!
- Annual Report to the Community - In case you missed it in your summer mail, here’s a digital copy of the first Annual Report to the full community!
- Updated COVID Changes and Guidance - Protocols and Resources.
Sandeep Sahai will serve as a Board Member for the Reed Union School District beginning in December. He comes to this role with over 25 years of experience in business and leadership advisory, and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University. During his business career, he founded and led an education services company and worked with schools across the Bay Area. After his years as a senior business executive and startup founder, Sandeep now serves as a certified master leadership coach and business advisor to CEOs and senior executives.
Shortly after moving to Tiburon, he volunteered to be on the Reed Union School District strategic committee, and participated in the hiring process for the Del Mar Principal. He and his wife Michele are proud parents of two daughters. In his spare time, Sandeep enjoys traveling, and cooking for his family and friends.
