RUSD Community, What an incredible start to the school year. Thank you to staff, students, and families for all contributing to this beginning. I also want to send a big thank you to our PTA and parents that offered a variety of opportunities to welcome our new families to RUSD. Whether it was a play time at Reed, a popsicle party in East Corte Madera, a family gathering, or a party at the park, all of it makes a difference. This is such a beautiful example of our welcoming community and our goal of inclusion. “We are even stronger together.” Thank you!

Lunch Help Needed! We need help at Bel Aire and Del Mar every day of the school year serving nutritious lunch free of charge to every student who requests one. Please sign up for a regular once-a-month shift by adding your name to one of the slots. Volunteers work in teams of 4 so sign up with friends and make it a regular get together! It's a great way to get on campus, see what the kids are up to at recess, and provide a vital service for our school.

Play Producers Needed!! We need parent producers for this year's Bel Aire play. In year's past, the responsibilities were divided among 3 people. Job duties include: registration; managing auditions and rehearsals; hiring established director, musical director and aides; bookkeeping; creative leadership and overall organization. The play is also backed by an army of volunteers who lead costumes, sets, props, concessions, tickets, and many other important facets of the play. We cannot put on the play this year if we do not have a new production team!
