No School - Martin Luther King Day

 January 16th

Dear Bel Aire Families,

This first half of the school year is winding down, and winter break is almost here. I hope you all have time with family and friends.

  • Thank you, Bel Aire families, for your generosity in supporting the Adopt-a-Family program. With your help, we were able to sponsor NINE families. Thank you, Bel Aire PTA, for helping families in need.

  • We had a wonderful Winter Fair and Bel Aire spirit day today. The Student Council worked so hard to prepare, and we couldn't have done it without the  Bel Aire PTA helping to make it happen. Thank you to everyone who pitched in! Big shout out to Amanda Hyslop, Chenin, Malloy, and Kristina Van Prooyen for planning with me. Also, shout out to Mr. Jeb Gist and all of the Bel Aire teachers for helping out.

  • Congratulations to the Bel Aire chorus and percussion ensembles on TWO fantastic performances today. Great job everyone! Thank you Mr. Gist!

  • Two Covid tests will be sent home with each student tomorrow. While we're hoping everyone stays healthy over break, please use the test before students return in January.

I'll let the pictures do the talking--see below for a snapshot of Bel Aire this week.

Happy holidays!
