COUNSELOR’S CORNER
Start with Hello Week: Beginning Monday, 8th grade leaders from the SAVE Promise Club will be kicking off a week of activities around Start With Hello Week. The student-led club is in its second year at Hall and focuses on developing events and activities throughout the year that build a more inclusive school community. They also help Mr. Evans in delivering bully prevention presentations as well as peer restorative meetings when conflict occurs.
On Tuesday (no school Wednesday) thru Friday a number of tables will be set up in the courtyard for students to connect with others through board games, bracelet making, face painting, gratitude grams, musical chairs, and more.
Let's Talk Community Discussion: Just Say Know. In the first community discussion of 2022-23, we’ll discuss what to know about today's current drug trends among local youth. Let’s Talk is a valuable community resource equipping parents with evidence based strategies to help their teen navigate the challenges in today’s culture. From free booklets with Marin County statistics to community based discussions, we are fortunate to have this resource available.
