Families,

What a terrific first two days of school! I enjoyed meeting your children. They all came to campus with positive energy and wanting to connect with the school. Our teachers all reported how much they enjoyed their classes.

I was so impressed with what I saw. I saw smiles on students' faces. I saw students and staff helping out when a student was lost or confused. I saw, if a student was sitting alone, other students walking over to say hello. I saw organized games at lunch that were fully inclusive of all students. I saw teachers intentionally building relationships with the students in each of their classes. I saw teachers enthusiastically getting students excited about the upcoming curriculum. But mainly, I saw students just happy to be in a normal school setting to start the year again!

We are off to a great start!  I have no doubt we will have a positive school year.

Our new breakfast/lunch program is up and running where all students eat FREE if they want. Breakfast is distributed before school in front of the office, for any interested students. 

Information on the lunch program is now up on our school website under the “parents” tab > “breakfast and lunch information” and also can be accessed using THIS link. We recommend you look at the menu weekly to determine if your child wants to access the school provided food for each day. 

We also need volunteers to help with breakfast and lunch! Please sign up at THIS LINK.

• Monday, August 22: Sunbutter & Jelly Sandwich or Bagel Kit
• Tuesday, August 23: Farmers Market Egg Salad w/ roll or California Sushi Bowl
• Wednesday, August 24: Spicy Chicken Wrap
• Thursday, August 25: Italian Market Salad
• Friday, August 26: Chicken Caesar Salad w/ roll

Bell Schedule: We will be on our regular bell schedule starting this Monday. It can be  found HERE. 

iPads: iPads will be distributed in Advisory on Monday.
